Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical or Medical area.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharma industry.
  • Marketing/ Vaccines Category experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of the evolving healthcare environment.
  • Cross functional collaborative experience.
  • Effective communication in written and spoken English
  • Computer literate including manipulating Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Word.

Job Description

 

As an B2B Account Executives within the Vaccines Category, this position will be accountable for developing and growing strategic key accounts within the Private Health customer segment “non-conventional accounts and partnerships such as private institutions, schools, pharmacy chain and insurance companies…”. By clearly understanding the needs of your customers and consumers, this position will develop and deliver customer value propositions that describe how PCV 13 in Pfizer and service solutions can make the biggest impact on preventing IPD in Vietnam

 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities accounts

 

  • To collect competitive intelligence, analyze and maximize of the information in identifying target customers & building Key Accounts strategy & action plan for vaccination program for employees/ company campaign of potential Key Accounts: private institutions, schools, pharmacy chain, and insurance companies...
  • To understand Key Accounts, influence network and create the map of the influence
  • To pay close attention to health policy development as well as chances and challenges in industry and impact to the business, which also includes impact of publication impact on prescription behaviors, new medical guidelines …
  • To build and execute value propositions and offers programs based on mutual benefits between the company and the Key Accounts
  • To monitor progress in Key Accounts and evolve action plans as appropriate (monitor Key Accounts contacts, action plan execution…)
  • Lead the development and execution of the business-to-business selling process for targeted key accounts in coordination with sales force teammates and home office Key Accounts:
    • Key Accounts research, planning and goal setting.
    • Key Accounts needs and opportunities identification.
    • Value proposition development and delivery.
    • Purchasing and implementation / first order facilitation.
    • Value proposition reinforcement.
    • Key Accounts expansion strategy and tactics.
  • Capture and share best practices with field and home office Key Accounts to increase institutional knowledge of health centers, federally qualified health centers, corrections, STD clinics, substance abuse, family planning, etc. within the private customer segment and enable Pfizer and Pfizer Vaccines to bring the most relevant value propositions to those customers.
  • Establish and manage to territory goals to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • This position will work in an uncertain and highly regulated environment. Problems will require internal Pfizer collaboration with legal, marketing, and other functional areas as needed. Ideas generated by the position will have an impact on Pfizer as the role is a novel approach to specific types of customers, customer who work horizontally and/or vertically integrated healthcare systems.
