- > 2 years of experience on Retail Health Representative
- Intergrity, agility, hard working, responsibility
- Good territory management skills and active, innovative in territory activities
- Experiences in Big pharma companies is a plus

- Implement business tactical plans for the assigned territories
- Develop detailed business plans & propose the business improvement in the assigned territories
- Achieve the customer’s business goals feasibly & reasonably based on the potential customer & resources
- Be responsible for executing & monitoring the implementation of the Company’s regulation, policies & rules relating to business & customers
- Implement the determined marketing plans & trade programs
- Set up the requirement & allocation plans for promotional materials POS for assigned territories
- Exchanging information serving the pharmaceutical market & trade program information.
- Buildup & develop good relationship with customers & new potential customer
- Develop & maintain good relationship with customers.
- Maintain & develop new potential & customer network.
