PROJECTS:
Project’s objectives: Field Force Spending Effectiveness
Scope: both Hospital + Trade channel
Project’s timeline: Apr’2023 – Sep’2023
Core job responsibilities:
Analyze & propose right investments by Key Accounts level
Understand Trade promotion mechanic & Propose Smart spending to ensure highest pay out
Develop Tool to track Monthly Spending for all elements
