Job purpose

Be accountable for achieving area sales target, develop and maintain the different channels (modern trade channels, pharmacies, clinics) as well as explore new opportunities to develop products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and explore the various channels (modern trade, OTC) all across HCM and other nearby regions.
  • Develop, manage and update on social media and e-commerce
  • Ensure all accounts/ partners are visited on an appropriate frequency, receiving clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions 
  • Negotiate with Modern Trade customers about the terms and conditions of the contract Manage customer credit and payment.
  • Establish sales target and make sales plans (online and offline) to achieve the total product sales and distribution strategy.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers, key accounts by continuously proposing solutions that meet objectives, regularly visit customers to remind them on our products.
  • Seek out and explore new sales, product and customer opportunities, new business opportunities in Trade channels.
  • Develop specific standards for merchandising.
  • Provide pre & post execution evaluation of marketing/trade programs.
  • Ensure all activities following the compliance, company policy.
  • Organize product training, event or conference, prepare working tools and materials before visiting customers, to optimize the time effectiveness for each call.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. Ensure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
