Job purpose
Support Sales Department in sales analytics and reports
Responsibilities
- Prepare data for Business Review between ZPV & PRN.
- Database management
- Data validation
- Reports (Scorecard, Productivity, Active Customer, Agent
- evaluation)
- Report automation and tool development for BI team & Sales
- dept.
- Automate & design report provided to PRN.
- Calculate Incentive & Sales contest for Sales Staff
- Coordinate with IT to set up routine sales report for Sales
- Staff upon request.
- Provide data & analysis support to BD Team & other depts.
- Provide report upon Sales Manager, BUMs, DSS request.
- Additional new BI tasks as sales team’s developing
