Job purpose
- Manage Centralized tender of National Centralized Procurement Center and Vietnam Social Security
- Co-ordinate with Hospital Sales Managers and Hospital Support teams in Sales Dept., other Departments, Clients and partner in tender issues
- Approach and work Ministry of Health, Service of Health and Vietnam Social Security.
- Provide and support Clients on market intelligence and develop Hospital business
- Report and support Deputy Director, Sales and Head of Hospital Biz to achieve objectives of Sales Department
Responsibilities
Manage Centralized tender of National Centralized Procurement Center and Vietnam Social Security
- Work with NCPC and VSS to clarify tender documents
- Negotiate some conditions in tender document with NCPC and VSS
- Negotiate and accomplish signing tender contract
- Guide Hospital Sales Team to implement tender contract with hospitals
Co-ordinate with Hospital Sales Managers and Hospital Support teams in Sales Dept., other Departments, Clients and partner in tender issues
- Support Hospital Sales Manager together manage some big Service of Health tenders and complicated tenders
- Negotiate some difficult conditions in tender and contract
- Work with other Departments, Clients and partner in tender issues
- Analyze tender result
Approach and work Ministry of Health, Service of Health and Vietnam Social Security.
- Analyze new Tender Law, Tender regulation and new requirement related to hospital channel
- Organize a training the tender knowledge for Hospital Sales Team and Hospital Support Team
- Update new guideline of Ministry of Health and Social Security.
Provide and support Clients on market intelligence and develop Hospital business
- Collect market intelligence and communicate with Clients and Hospital Sales Team
- Continuously seek and propose for the new business development
Report and support Deputy Director, Sales and Head of Hospital Biz to achieve objectives of Sales Department:
- Accomplish and submit on time the reports and related to tender performance, market information, competitor…
- Create, maintain and develop relationships with customers/ partners, internal departments
- Adherence the company policy on protection and confidential information/data
