• More than 2 years of experience in working in healthcare industry (OTC/Consumer Health)
• Familiarity and relationships with key pharmacies/chains
• Self-driven with an ability to effectively work as an individual contributor
• Ability to develop strong business relationships
• Excellent organization skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Experience of thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Proficient skills in MS Office.
• Aggressive, ability to work under high pressure.

Develop, service, and grow relationships with key customers in retail channel (independent pharmacies, pharmacy chain, … ) and wholesaler within assigned region.
This role includes developing business execution, negotiating with partners, product presentation for key customers
• Liaising with internal stakeholders while connecting with customers (distributor, traditional channel partners, HCPs, service providers etc) to translate the organisation vision into an effective commercial strategy keeping in mind the local market dynamics.
o Coordinate stakeholder and market needs to define, plan and implement product launch to retail partners.
o Implement all aspects of the pre and post-launch product life cycle, including monitoring and reporting on the in-market activity, responding with tactical development and marketing activities to ensure continued profitability and growth
o Create opportunity to enhance existing and identify new opportunities to increase growth across all channels
o Planning and implementing customer presentations positioning Abbott as the expert partner
o Acquiring new customers and continue to build existing relationships
• Forecasting and inventory management
• Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting requirements
