ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1, Summary:
New brand of EPD will be launched in the middle of 2021. Marketing plays critical role of launching process. As a member of brand team – MKT team, you are responsible for implementation and follow up of assigned launching activities with instructions and supports to ensure aligned KPIs can be achieved.
Reporting directly to: Therapeutic Area Manager
High frequency of interaction: MKT, Trade MKT & Sales.
Working location: Me Linh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward., District 1, HCM City
2, Core job responsibilities:
Implement, follow up and monitor business plans as per alignment.
Critical analysis of behaviors and lifecycle demands of each of the supported brands segments. Understand trends which provides input into what types of offers to create as well as where to execute.
Support to deliver market research projects to gather customer insights to identify customer needs.
Evaluate segment and industry trends, competitive analysis. Analyze KPIs (describers, revenue, and penetration) and make recommendations for improvement.
Define customer types by contribution, region, potential which will impact to company’s sales & share.
Work on field with sales team to get their feedbacks about all marketing activities and insights
