• Project name: "Vertigone+" & "Back to Balance" campaign
• Project’s objectives: Support deliver assigned marketing campaigns for the organization ensuring they are effective and carried out according to the company’s goals.
• Project’s timeline: Apr to Sept 2023 (6 months)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1, Summary:

• Reporting directly to: Senior Brand Manager
• High frequency of interaction: Sales, Marketing & Agencies
• Working location: Me Linh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh

2, Core job responsibilities:

• Support marketing team & coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute & facilitate marketing campaigns/events/projects activities (online & offline) to meet the objectives
• Follow and track marketing activities results to achieve company’s KPIs
• Work with agencies to build contents, POSMs, marketing materials, activations relevant to marketing’s strategies
• Action and co-ordinate FF for marketing activity on an ongoing basis
• Support the team in drafting, refining and checking copy, image selection and artwork, ready for final approval.
• Assist daily administrative tasks assigned by mentor

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Core Skill Requirement

• Effective in communication skills
• Advanced in Microsoft Office systems such as Excel, Word, Power Point
• Organized, accurate and efficient
• Creativity and dynamic in planning new things to enhance the value of company’s events
• Flexibility in solving problems and high adaptability skill

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Can be fresh graduate or final year students who can work full-time)
