Job Description

PROJECTS

  • Project’s name: Multi-channel Engagement and Digital excellent execution
  • Project’s objectives: Support with guidance and/or self-manage assigned campaigns to deliver high-quality outcomes in the timely manner
  • Project’s timeline: Apr to Oct 2021 (6 months)

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1, Summary:

  • Reporting directly to: Digital Marketing Manager
  • High frequency of interaction: Commercial Excellence, Marketing and Agencies
  • Working location: Me Linh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh

 

2, Core job responsibilities:

  • Turn Brand tactical plan into execution plan.
  • Develop timetable, checklist; monitor and update status of activities relating to assigned campaigns.
  • Work with related internal and external stakeholders to collect project materials, information, and data.
  • Self-control multi-channel tools: webinar, email, SMS from planning, executing, technical implementing to reporting.
  • Research and explore initiatives across channels (hospital, pharmacy, consumer).
