MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Job Description
PROJECTS
- Project’s name: Multi-channel Engagement and Digital excellent execution
- Project’s objectives: Support with guidance and/or self-manage assigned campaigns to deliver high-quality outcomes in the timely manner
- Project’s timeline: Apr to Oct 2021 (6 months)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1, Summary:
- Reporting directly to: Digital Marketing Manager
- High frequency of interaction: Commercial Excellence, Marketing and Agencies
- Working location: Me Linh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh
2, Core job responsibilities:
- Turn Brand tactical plan into execution plan.
- Develop timetable, checklist; monitor and update status of activities relating to assigned campaigns.
- Work with related internal and external stakeholders to collect project materials, information, and data.
- Self-control multi-channel tools: webinar, email, SMS from planning, executing, technical implementing to reporting.
- Research and explore initiatives across channels (hospital, pharmacy, consumer).
