Job purpose
Ensure the cooperation programs, communication and service quality provided successfully to the assigned PRNs.
Manage and develop the sales consultant teams for Pharmacy Channels in HCM Hanoi and provinces.
To lead and contribute to the Department’s projects as assigned.
Responsibilities
Organize cooperation programs and regularly meet to update assigned Principals on performance and market information.
Organize, manage and develop the sales consultant teams for Pharmacy Channels in HCM and Hanoi.
Propose and achieve the set objectives
Cooperate with internal department to ensure optimal coverage and optimal customer service
Share new ideas and focus on continuing to develop sales department to maintain our competitive advantage
To lead and contribute to the Department’s projects as assigned. Coordinate with other participants to continuously improve the programs, communicate the programs to all other teams and have it implemented successfully
Manage and control the Team expense in the most efficiency.
Create, maintain and develop relationships with customers/ partners, internal departments.
Adherence the company policy on protection and confidential information/data.
