In Vietnam, Abbott’s Established Pharmaceuticals Division has committed to enhance the care of patients. Our products cover several therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women health, cardiology, primary care, specialty and food supplement. Our key prescription products include Lipanthyl, Klacid, Duphaston, Drosperin and BetaSerc. Our key over-the-counter products are Duphalac, CG210, Estraceptin, Brufen, Fatig, Surbex. We also have the Influvac vaccine.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo việc đánh giá nhà cung cấp theo yêu cầu của SOP: GL1/QA/SOP/008 “CHƯƠNG TRÌNH ĐÁNH GIÁ NHÀ CUNG CẤP”/ và các SOP khác có liên quan
Responsible to ensure the qualification of the suppliers as per the requirements of this SOP: GL1/QA/SOP/008 “SUPPLIER QUALIFICATION PROGRAM” and related SOPs.
2. Xây dựng, duy trì Danh sách Nhà cung cấp được phê duyệt (ASL).
Develop, maintain the applicable Approved Supplier Listing (ASL).
3. Thiết lập và duy trì các Thoả thuận Kỹ thuật Chất lượng với các Nhà cung cấp và tất cả các tài liệu khác có liên quan, theo yêu cầu.
Establish and maintain Quality Technical Agreements with Suppliers and all other applicable documentation, as required.
4. Đánh giá tình trạng nhà cung cấp có liên quan, gửi cấp quản lý để thực hiện phê chuẩn / từ chối các nhà cung cấp.
Qualify Supplier Status and send report to manager for approving/rejecting the suppliers.
5. Thực hiện xếp loại rủi ro cuối cùng cho Nhà cung cấp có liên quan và gửi cấp quản lý phê duyệt.
Assign the final risk classification to applicable Suppliers and send to manager for approval.
6. Hỗ trợ và Quản lý các Thông báo Thay đổi được đưa ra bởi nhà Nhà cung cấp được chỉ định./ Support and Manage Assigned Supplier Change Notifications.
7. Triển khai Đánh giá Nhà máy sản xuất / Đánh giá qua Bảng câu hỏi Chất lượng dành cho các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ (Phòng kiểm nghiệm theo Hợp đồng, Dịch vụ Kiểm soát Côn trùng, Dịch vụ Kỹ thuật Cơ điện, dịch vụ vận chuyển…) và các Nhà cung cấp (nhà cung cấp nguyên liệu và bao bì nêu trên bảng Định mức Nguyên liệu), ví dụ như nhà cung cấp các hoạt chất (API), Tá dược, bao bì và vật liệu in ấn, vv
Conducting on Site Audits / Quality Questionnaires for Service providers (Contract Laboratories, Pest Control Services, Engineering Services, Transportation services…) and Suppliers (code and commodity suppliers included on the product Bill of Materials), such as API, Excipient, packaging and printed material suppliers etc.
8. Ban hành Chương trình Đánh giá, Lịch trình Đánh giá, Báo cáo Đánh giá, kế hoạch Hành động Khắc phục và Phòng ngừa (CAPA), hoàn tất hoạt động đánh giá./ Issuing Audit Agenda, Schedule(s), audit reports, Corrective Actions and Preventive Action (CAPA) plan, completion of audit closure.
9. Hỗ trợ nhà máy trong việc điều tra các Sự cố nghiêm trọng liên quan đến Nhà cung cấp & chuyển các vấn đề về chất lượng nhà cung cấp cho quản lý.
Support site in investigation of Significant Events related to Suppliers & escalate the supplier quality issues to manager.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. Yêu cầu về trình độ/ Qualification Requirement:
- Về học vấn/ Referred Education: Đại Học / Bachelor’s Degree
- Về kinh nghiệm/ Referred Experience: Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 02 năm trong ngành Dược / At least 02 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Field

2. Các kỹ năng làm việc/ Job Skills:
- Ngoại ngữ Tiếng Anh: Cao cấp/ English: advance
- Thành thạo Kỹ năng vi tính văn phòng/ Fluently Computer skills for office tasks
- Kỹ năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc theo nhóm/ Ability to work independently and work in teams.
- Kỹ năng lên kế hoạch, giao tiếp, đàm phán/ Ability to make plan, communicate and negotiate
