MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Work Experience:
- A minimum 5 years in marketing, especially brand management in MNCs, prefer FMCG background
- Experience in developing ATL brand communication, especially digital communication based on consumer insights
- Global/Regional project management / NPI experience a plus Senior Marketing Project Coordinator (EPD)

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Responsible for driving the implementation of global and local strategic projects. Requires strong consumer marketing and digital marketing experience, Strong cross functional communication and collaboration skills, and strong project management capabilities in a matrix organization.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project coordinator
- Planning, managing, and executing strategies/programs for global & country strategic project involving marketing communication, partnership, and digital innovation.
- Effectively collaborative with cross-functional and cross-division teams to drive project implementation.
- Monitor and manage activities within budgeted constraints and understand the fundamental aspects of financial performance.
- Create and execute innovative and effective marketing campaigns, focusing on digital communications for both internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor, analyze, report, and continuously improve on the productivity of project plans.
- Develop project KPIs and manage project timeline to ensure successful on-time delivery of projects. Provide update and review to stakeholders
- Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards and Corporate Business and Safety procedures.
2. Marketing coordinator
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor schedule of marketing projects, marketing tasks, cross TA activities, marketing team events and cross function meetings
- Organize, arrange, and attend meetings, preparing documents, take and distribute minutes
- Coordinate & support marketing department in auditing, data analysis, reporting
- Gather, verify, and analyze information and data for HOD to use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and news releases.
- Handle information confidentially and maintain the security of Executive’s records and files.
- Perform administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion.
- Document and filing report, meeting minute and materials (slide deck) to comply with SOP and company policy
- Facilitate the smooth communications between the HOD and other stakeholders including internally and externally.
3. Others:
- Comply with Company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility.
