• Graduated from Pharmacy/Medicine University/College
• > 2 years of experience on Retail Health Representative
• Preference for experiences or potential to detail all channels Pharmacies and Doctors/hospital channel
• Integrity, agility, hard working, responsibility
• Good territory management skills and active, innovative in territory activities

Experiences in Big pharma companies is a plus

1. Implement business tactical plans for the assigned territories

• Develop detailed business plans & propose the business improvement in the assigned territories
• Achieve the customer’s business goals  feasibly & reasonably based on the potential customer & resources  
• Be responsible for executing & monitoring the  implementation of the Company’s regulation, policies & rules relating to business & customers

2. Implement the determined marketing plans & trade programs

• Set up the requirement & allocation plans for promotional materials POS for assigned territories
• Exchanging information serving the pharmaceutical market & trade program information. 

3. Buildup & develop good relationship with customers & new potential customer

• Develop & maintain good relationship with customers. 
• Maintain & develop new potential & customer network.
