Abbott is hiring 2 QC Interns working in the Glomed plant (Binh Duong, shuttle bus available)
1/ Documentary management
- Control testing records in QC department.
- Monitor the issue and recovery of SOP in QC department.
- Give ID of certificate, Incident, OOS and OOT.
- Get testing samples and issue forms.
- Implement 6S for QC lab and document storage room. Implement improvement ideas through lean lab project.
- Perform the others work as the assign from QC manager.
2/ Chemical Management
- Monitor, follow, export, import and propose chemicals and standards for QC department.
- Search and check COA of standards and chemicals before purchasing.
- Support for other analysts if need.
- Implement 6S for chemicals/standards storage room, improvement ideas through lean lab project and propose improvement ideas for cost saving through COTQ project.
- Perform the others work as the assign from QC manager.
