Abbott is hiring 2 QA Interns working in Glomed Plant (Binh Duong, shuttle bus available)

1/ Document & Training

• Review the content and understand process to transfer the contents of guidance about IT QA system into training materials.
• Update training module and assign all QA employees
• Coordinate with department training coordinators to update training module of all impacted employees.
• Make SOPs and training materials effective
• Revise QA SOPs of Creation, review, approval and control of standard operating procedures (GL1.QA.SOP.001); Training personal (GL1.QA.SOP.002), Change management (GL1.QA.SOP.003), Exception management (GL1.QA.SOP.024) to simplify the instructions for ITQA systems
• Create training material of IT QA system to cover for instruction
• Process to approve the document/ training materials.
• Coordinate for the training activities at QA
• Make the revised SOP/ new training material effective.

2/ Validation and Qualification

• Leading the project to apply DARIUS to manage the CSV document, production order
• Support for requalification review for 5 equipment which will be planned to be requalified/ reviewed for requalification in Q2 – Q3 2022
• Prepare SOP to manage CSV document/ production orders in DAIRUS
• Process 1 CSV package in DARIUS
• Support to upload all production orders in DARIUS
• Requalification review for 5 equipment
• Contact with CFT to collect information and prepare the solution to solve the issue during the review.
• Collect information from CFT to update the VMP attachment for qualification schedule.
