1. Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in medical, biomedical technology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related field.

2. Work Experience

  • Proven experience in product management or sales support for medical or healthcare products.
  • Experience with autoimmune/immunology products/Hematology/hemostasis or diagnostics is preferred.

3. Skills

  • Strong technical and medical knowledge of products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs.

Chi tiết

1. Product Management

  • Learn product features, clinical applications, and benefits by studying documents and working with the Principal.
  • Conduct research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor features to propose product solutions along with clinical research of products to highlight their advantages in improving patient outcomes and compare them with competitor products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers to ensure they can fully utilize product features.
  • Develop product knowledge for sales teams and provide training on product features, solutions, and competitor comparisons.
  • Support product positioning and communicate unique selling propositions effectively.
  • Assist in planning and executing product launches, including creating marketing materials and coordinating with teams.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate on pricing strategies aligned with market demands and product value.

2. Clinical Marketing

  • Create educational content, clinical case studies, and evidence to support product value.
  • Organize and participate in clinical symposia, conferences, and webinars to promote the product's strengths.
  • Collaborate with KOLs to advocate for clinical advantages and use cases.

3. Sales collaboration

  • Drive the sales team to deliver product knowledge and value-based solutions during customer visits and discussions.
    Assist in developing sales strategies, promotional materials, and marketing tools.
  • Participate in conferences, symposia, and customer presentations to enhance product visibility.
  • Provide technical and product documentation for tender dossiers and sales projects.

4. Customer Engagement

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
  • Address and resolve product application challenges while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct follow-up training to support optimal product use.

5. Training and Education

  • Develop training materials on product features, solutions, market trends, and competitor comparisons.
  • Conduct training sessions for the sales team and customers to ensure proficiency in product use.
  • Provide refresher courses or focused training as needed for specific customer or team requirements.

6. Market Research and Analysis

  • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct surveys to gather insights for product improvements or expansion opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the Product Manager to refine strategies and offerings.

7. Regulatory and Compliance

  • Ensure marketing materials and product messaging comply with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with Operations to facilitate product registrations and approvals.
