Our Client, a European Pharmaceutical MNC, is looking to bring onboard a talented Med Rep/Senior Med Rep for the territories of Nha Trang - Khánh Hòa, as a (Senior) Med Rep, your critical role is to:
- Build and execute business plans for the territory to meet and exceed targets within the planned budgets and timelines;
- Execute call plans to deliver the right message to the right customer with the right frequency;
- Build a network of customers by visiting existing and new customers; categorize customers based on therapeutics area based on their needs and promotes the products;
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business;
- Serve as a key contact to the customer, respond to their enquiries, and ensure that our products are available to more patients;
- Achieve the expected coverage and deliver customer centric activities within operating budget;
- Promote Company products according to campaign briefs and policies to gain formulary acceptance and increased usage for promoted products in all relevant accounts;
- Deploy and use approved marketing and sales promotional materials and programs; run direct promotion programs and facilitate pull through activity;
- Ensure to give timely feedback to the marketing team on all marketing campaigns implemented;
- Give customer feedback and information on competitor activity to the marketing team so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Ensure the quality of reporting activities:
- Maintain effective administration of the territory based on business plan
- Ensure high quality record keeping and timely update of report systems, daily communication with administrative systems and timely processing of expenses
- Maintain quality of data in key customer database
- Communicate effectively with territory colleagues and relevant members of other teams in order to understand, maximize and drive territory
- Teamwork spirit: mentor new member in team and accomplish team projects together
- Perform other task as assigned
- Achieve target through delivery of call and customer coverage
- Perform Customer segmentation and profiling for target the right customer
