PROJECTS
• Project’s name: OTC Pharmacy Scope
• Project’s objectives: 1st time ever launch DTC (Direct to Customers) activities for OTC Brands in Abbott Pharma
• Project’s timeline: Apr to Sept 2023 (6 months)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1, Summary:
Support deliver assigned marketing activities for the organization ensuring they are effective and carried out according to the company’s goals.
Reporting directly to: OTC Brand Manager and dotted line to the Marketing Manager
Working location: Melinh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh
2, Core job responsibilities:
- Follow up and complete internal process with a sense of detailed-oriented
- Collecting and analyzing data to identify category/ competitor/ consumer trends
- Creating graphic representations of data and translating complex Medical studies into easily readable content for stakeholders and other departments
- Manage Key stakeholders with a sense of timing commitment/ driving results.
- Preparing marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs
- Monitoring and managing the brand events such as CME, GP, RTD for pharmacist
- Other assigned tasks.
MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is a must
