PROJECTS
- Project's name: Women's Health Development
- Project’s objectives: Support deliver assigned marketing campaigns for the organization ensuring they are effective and carried out according to the company’s goals
- Project’s timeline: Apr – Oct 2022 (6 months)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1, Summary:
- Reporting directly to: Senior Brand Manager
- High frequency of interaction: Sales, Marketing, Event, Training, Medical & Agencies
- Working location: Me Linh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh
2, Core job responsibilities:
- Support marketing team & coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute & facilitate marketing campaigns/events/projects activities (online & offline) to meet the objectives
- Follow and track marketing activities results to achieve company’s KPIs include:
% Call CLM per personas
% HCPs personas (Loyalist/ Sub-optimal/MCP Lover)
Coordinate with Training team to run/ follow and tracking Best Practice sharing of optimization duration changing
Coordinate with FF to run KAM Plan & Tracking performance at per ART center
- Action and co-ordinate FF for marketing activity on an ongoing basis (including WOMEN FIRST Campaign) and tracking performance to ensure achieve KPI for KAM Plan in IVF & Endometriosis expansion at top key account level)
- Work with agencies to build contents, POSMs, marketing materials, activations relevant to marketing’s strategies.
- Action and co-ordinate FF for marketing activity on an ongoing basis
- Support the team in drafting, refining and checking copy, image selection and artwork, ready for final approval.
