- Having experience in event management is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to develop innovative ideas and concepts
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly proficient in English
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Fresh Graduated or Senior students (be able to work full-time within 6 months from May to Nov 2025)
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1, Summary:
- Reporting directly to: Associate Event Manager
- High frequency of interaction: Brand, Medical, OEC, Sales, external agencies
- Working location: Ho Chi Minh
2, Core job responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Execution:
- Support to plan and execute for events and meetings for assigned categories.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Brand, Medical, Sales, Compliance, Legal…) and external partners (logistics, event agencies) to manage and implement the assigned events.
- Integrate creative and innovative concepts into event planning to effectively convey the value and message of the category, thereby enhancing the overall attendee experience.
- Support to handle logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation. Ensure all logistical aspects are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to line-manager and other relevant parties.
- Budget Management:
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all events comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare post-event reports, including feedback and performance metrics.
