Core job responsibilities:
- Support training managers in coordinating with functions (sales, marketing, medical) to conduct training sessions as planned in 2023 training plan.
- Take lead of adapting/translating training materials from global/regional into local materials which match with local demand and standards.
- Prepare training logistic, administration tasks.
- Support training manager in creating training knowledge bank by creating recorded training video.
