QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum Diploma in Biomedical Science • Preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical or related field • Preferably with related hospital working experience, familiar with workflow and processes in the hospital • Candidates without related qualifications but with related working experience will be considered. • Some sales experience is preferred OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to Abbott Medical Asia’s and Abbott Medical country’s policy and requirement • Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical Asia and Abbott Medical country • Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical Asia and Abbott Medical country are executed PERFORMANCE FACTORS: • Focuses on the Customer: Is dedicated to meeting the needs of internal and external customers • Delivers Results with Integrity: Meets commitments and produces the right results at the right time. JOB SUMMARY:
• Responsible for the sales and marketing of EP Products by providing clinical consultation, teaching and support on the use of the products and its appropriate application in the clinical setting.
• Provide consultation to customers on the complete Electrophysiology product line.
• Provide accurate technical support and troubleshooting to develop business in the territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts
• Coordinate all necessary marketing, education, tenders, invoicing and logistics related matters for assigned accounts.
• Provides formal in-service / education to Electro-Physiologists
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of product and technical knowledge; including cardiac mapping and ablation techniques.
• Provide expert clinical consultation on the use of our system to the Electro-Physiologists and lab support staff.
• Initiate, develop, expand and maintain excellent customer rapport and relationship.
• Exhibit sound business sense and logic when utilizing assigned expense budget.
• Participate in on-site procedure observation to ensure new product evaluation is successful, utilization is encouraged, customer and personal technical knowledge is enhanced, and customer rapport is developed.
• Provide timely and comprehensive market information to management as requested.
