- Excellent analytical ability
- Powerpoint and excel proficient
- Good knowlwdge of Sales Force Effectiveness
- Ability to communiacte at all levels
- Ability to handle multiple tasks anh work under pressure
- Previous experience in sales management experience preferred
- Demonstrate the ability to influence anh form strong partnerships with cross functional partners anh transfer these understangdings
- 2-3 years of relevant experience ganined within MNCs in Pharma industriy (but can be in other field) in Vietnam
- BA degree in Pharmacy, Commerce or Computer Science or equivalent is required, MBA preferred
