Position description:

Your main role is to take care of the administrative and sales tasks of a fast growing company in Vietnam.

You will work directly with the Country Manager and the Deputy Country Manager. In the first months, you’ll prepare the ground to welcome the whole team. After the team is set up, you’ll be in charge of the admin and sales support and your position may evolve along with the company size and needs.

You will have 2 core missions:

  1. Administrative support
  • Assist the CM and DCM in setting up the office in HCMC (find contractors, deal with them, prepare office to welcome the whole team in Sept.)
  • Translation of sales and marketing materials ENG/VN
  • Assist partly the Country Manager (set up meetings and translation ENG/VN)
  • Other administrative tasks if required
  1. Sales support
  • Receive orders check and transfer them to the distributor
  • Keep a record of orders
  • Qualification of the first client database
  • Answer customers request online (1st month only until hiring of a new team)
