Qualifications for the position:

  • Diploma in Business or Pharmacy
  • Knowledge about skin diseases and medical terms
  • Vietnamese native, Fluent English language
  • Proactivity/ autonomy
  • Good social skills and openmindedness to learn new subjects
  • Combative and dynamic person
  • Analytical skills (turnover, sell out)
  • Have your own mode of transportation (motorbike) to meet with clients (transport allowance will be provided)

Position description:

You will report daily to the Country Manager. You will be receiving regularly full training on dermatology and business development at Headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City

The Sales Representative will have the following missions:

  1. Check up and follow up of main pharmacies & point of sales, check up of Bioderma merchandising kits / Reviewing product orders

The strategy will have to be elaborated in coordination with the Country Manager.

  • Field visit of pharmacies and point of sales in Ho Chi Minh City (Guardian, other pharmacies, clinics and cosmetics stores): make sure Bioderma merchandising is well implemented (products are visible and are at the right place). Deployment of Bioderma Merchandising kits at point of sales. Refill of some samples if needed.
  • Reviewing products orders, improvement of the visibility, shelves decoration with prop ups, flyers, shelf stoppers, counter displays…
  • Market intelligence (collect info on competitors and report to management)
  • Build strong partnership with your customers and ground staffs.
  • Prospecting new customer in order to implement the brand.
  • Develop sales and reach the target set by the management.

 

  1. Training of the Retailer’s staff on products and Relationship Management with Retailers
  • Training of Bioderma Retailers’ staff about each product range/ products
  • Liaise with marketing department to organize events on point of sales
  • Relationship Management with staff on point of sales

Before starting the position, 1 week paid training in Ho Chi Minh City will be required.
