Region: South1 (including ½ HCM and Center)
Mission: Achieve the regional objectives through territory management, people development and product expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Reinforce and develop the whole region especially key centres, maximize and identify the potential of hospital sectors.
- Achieve regional commercial operational objectives by contributing regional market information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Build talents; develop potentials and key performers for succession planning through coaching, sharing and support entrepreneurship.
- Meets regional financial and growth objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Ensure all regional activities and business initiatives strictly adhere to company compliance policies, local legal regulations, and the highest ethical and moral standards.
- Achieve efficacy regional business-support management by enhancing KAS team’s capability.
- Promote products expertise are delivered fluently for all employee levels within region.
