Have knowledge of Hypertension/Internal field.
- Understand the need of hospital, nurse, the approaching of pharmaceutical company.
- Understand patient’s need (sense to recognize the need of patients)
- Train/observe/Coach stakeholders (Director of Hospital/Nurse/ Servier Key Account Specialist) standard process/centralization process.
- Visit 2 days/corner. Follow-up to make sure all corner in track.
- Monitoring and reporting the progress of ngaydautien.
- Presenting, inspiring internal and external stakeholders about ngaydautien project.
- Project management & implementation.
- Closely collaborating with Hypertension and Internal MKT teams.
