• Good communication in English is preferred.
• Travel provinces (base on schedule) sometimes is required.

Mission:

The Ngày đầu tiên project is a Non-profit project established in 2015 with the accompany of the Vietnam National Heart Association and the Vietnam Association of Diabetes and Endocrinology.

This project supports patients with the right knowledge and necessary skills of hypertension and diabetes to manage their disease. The project is initiated and developed by two major channels include Online (Ngaydautien Website) and Offline (Ngaydautien Corner).

In particular, Ngày đầu tiên Corner is setting up more than 40 counseling rooms across the country. Through nursing counseling at the corner, this service has providing the disease management solutions to all hospitals and helping them better manage the Hypertension and Diabetes.

Main responsibilities:

• Enhance the quality of Ngaydautien services by frequently visit Ngaydautien corner:
  • Observe and coordinate with nurses to provide appropriate consultation for patients.
  • Instruct and ensure SOPs are implemented at every corner.
  • Follow up Ngaydautien materials and sub-projects related to Information System on track.
  • Support nurse training program to ensure their competencies are well equipped.
• Participate in the meeting and closely collaborate with FFs, IS & Mkt departments to provide feedback and deliver the monthly reports of Ngaydautien corner progress.
• Other tasks are assigned by Product Manager of Ngaydautien.
