Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Promote assigned products & franchises/Integrated Disease Team (IDT):
· Account & Brand/Portfolio business planning & management
· Territory management
· Develop HCPs & accounts engagement plans, provide quarterly plan for CEL and or IDT as required
· Manage stocks & place orders at accounts
· Ensure business of assigned products/franchises/IDT alignment with IDT’s objectives and company’s objectives
· Develop and monitor HCP’s advocacy level, HCP’s satisfaction/ loyalty
· Evaluate business opportunities, dynamics at area/ account level and monitor/ track them over time
Tender/Listing Management:
· Manage & maximize accounts listing & tender opportunities for Roche products/IDT at account level
· Quota proposal/ Department tender
· Manage formula-related issues and strategies in objective customer at accounts
· Collaborate and co-create with both internal (CELs/CEPs/MSL) and external stakeholders at accounts

Requirements:
· Pharmaceutical/Medical University Degree
· Fresh or 1 year of hands-on experience in the Sales and Tender. MNC pharmaceuticals experiences are preferred
