Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate should be working at managerial position in pharmaceutical company
- Candidate should be managing a team of minimum 10 medical representative
- Someone who takes initiatives and highly focused to achieve the results.
- Candidate should have high level of sense of urgency and act quickly without any delay for achievement of results.
- Candidate having knowledge of tender documentation/process would be desirable but not compulsory.
- Candidate should have good interpersonal skills, the ability to form a good rapport with internal and external customers to get the work done from them.
- Good organizer- who can coordinate with multiple departments/people to organize the smooth running of Business.
- Someone who is keen to learn.

Key Responsibilities
- The Position would be responsible for achieving sales target for assigned region
- Build team of medical representatives
- Execute companies marketing strategies as per plan and instructions from head office
- To do documentation and participate in Tender
Key Activities/Roles
- To do through market audit and prepare customer list for each territory
- Prepare a universal list of Doctors/Hospitals/Pharmacies/Distributors
- Prepare coverage plan as per our product list to ensure maximum coverage
- Collect Market data through Pharmacy audit and do regular analysis of business growth.
- Closely monitor competitors strategy like promotion/Pricing/Incentives/Bonus etc and update Head office on same.
- Source/Shortlist and recruit Medical representatives as per HR policy and approval from head office.
- Give class room and field training to team members.
- Regularly demonstrate the correct business processes to team and ensure they practice the same.
- Recommend new products based on customer and market feedback.
- Promote good image of self and company.
- Ensure reporting on time as per policy and systems of company. provide reports as and when asked by supervisor.
- Candidate should have good knowledge of the different provinces of Vietnam
- Maintain good relationship with customers.
- Any other job assigned by Supervisor.
