University Pharmacist degree
Patient/Client driven with excellent communication skills
Passion and drive for sales and for bringing healthcare solutions for patients
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
Ability to adapt with the changing dynamics of pharmaceutical industry (policy, digital, etc.)
Strong knowledge of customer/business account strategy
Understanding of local healthcare and pharmaceutical systems
Be trusted and drive results following the compliance and company policy

Engage primary care healthcare professionals in dialogues about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients
Engage and develop the relationship with specialty healthcare professional
Conduct daily medical calls with appropriate frequency to assigned territory
Work with Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in territory
Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory
Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.
Display professional Medical Representative image during interaction with customers and bring good solutions for HCPs and patients
