 Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most beneficial for the company;
 Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints;
 Strategic planning to improve client results;
 Communicating and collaborating with other departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met;
 Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling;
 Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions;
