- Build the image of a professional, reputable, proactive, and dedicated GONSA pharmacy team in the eyes of customers and competitors.
- Implementation planning:
- Develop a sales plan of ETC channel (bid channel) in the area in charge to ensure the implementation of the company's sales strategy and achieve the assigned target sales plan.
- Implementing and evaluating the implementation of the business strategy in the area in charge, including: Building relationships with KOLs, mobilizing to import bids.
- Implement a sales plan for team pharmacists
- Collect market information about GONSA products and services and competitors.
- Management and training:
- Organize resources to ensure compliance with the team's business strategy and plan,
- Training and training skills of TDV's team
- Guide and train TDV to strictly follow the operational processes with other departments of the company
- Organize monthly, quarterly and yearly TDV assessments, propose plans for development, reward and discipline of TDV in their respective teams.
