Yêu cầu
• Minimum three (3) years in sales management with foreign pharma company, experience with Ethical products and Over-The-Counter products
• Doctor or pharmacist Diploma.
• Good IT knowledge as a system user
• Proven records in HCPs management, Field Force management and in personnel development
• Strong oral and written communication skill (Vietnamese and English)
• An excellent team player, creative thinker and problem solver
• High capability for working independently
• Excellent presentation and coaching skill
• Ability to maintain effectiveness with changing environments

- Job description:
* Reports to: Chief Representative/National Field Force Manager
• Following the company regulations: to organize, activities with key HCPs on a regular basis his / her in territories
• Train/Coach/Control the Field Force to be more professional and more proactive in activities and territory management
• Gathering and documenting sufficient the information of the potential / current HCPs, hospital tenders and end-users
Achieve the maximum of assigned duty
• Controlling that Field Force in order to keep up-to-date the list data in CRM system
Providing prompt HCPs / consumer services
• Co-operation with Marketing for establishing more HCPs activities
Provide regular and accurate reports to National Field force Manager or Country Manager
• Personal skills: make conscious efforts in improving customer care techniques; willing to try new approaches to get higher efficiency; be seriously aware of costs (investment) and returns on investment spent; developing communication skills, negotiation skills.
• Attend actively at the company meetings and well co-operate with other personnel in cross functions.
• Following the pharmacovigilance works as regulated in pharmacovigilance SOPs
• Pharmacovigilance concerning : Receiving DI/ADRs information from patients, hospitals and HCPs and transferring it to PICs
