DISTRIBUTION CENTER MANAGER (Logistics Manager: Central Warehouse + Distribution around HCM area)

II. Requirements (what you have):

• University Degree (Pharmaceutical/ Logistics/ Foreign Trade/ Finance Degree Preferable);
• Highly-developed people management skill;
• Experience of 3 -5 years in Distribution/Warehousing at managerial position;
• Experience of 2 years in people management position;
• WMS advanced technical skills;
• Advanced English speaking, listening & writing skill;
• Advanced problem-solving skills;
• Customer – Oriented attitude;
• Advanced data analysis skills;
• Project management experience;
• Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge.

Working location: National Head Warehouse, Hiệp Phước Industrial Park, Nhà Bè, HCM

I. Responsibilities (what you will do as a DC Manager):

• Manage Distribution Operations to fulfill the service level agreement (SLA) with customer around HCM area;
• Initiate and implement improvement projects related to productivity and capacity;
• Control cost of OT / Compensation / Operations within the targeted budget;
• Build up and implement a sustainable development plan for the team to meet the professional skill requirements;
• Build up and manage Standard Operations Procedure for Distribution Operations;
• Manage Distribution Operations including procedure and human resources to meet SLA;
• Being responsible for the operations of all warehousing, including stock control, movements, delivery and security thru Distribution Operation;
• Ensure all Safety and Security on-site requirements complied;
• Communicate and settle with customer on operational issues and initiatives;
• Ensure Distribution Operations team to comply with labor codes and requirements of government, company and customers;
• Control the compensation cost for the inventory loss / damage;
• Fulfill reporting requirements as required by management and customers;
• Initiate and take lead projects to maximize the resource on-hand, manage costs and provide better value-added services to customers;
• Monitoring & being accountable distribution cost & savings;
• Resolving storage/delivery problems and exploit opportunities to improve distribution performance.
