Yêu cầu

  • University graduate with a degree in pharmacy or medicine, Business degree is plus;
  • At least 5 years’ work experience from international company in relevant field;
  • A proactive individual with excellent communication, influential and interpersonal skills
  • Aware of merchandising concepts;
  • Good analytical, problem solving ability;
  • Good understanding of supply chain mechanics in retail;
  • Result oriented and sales driven personality;
  • Multi-task with high sense of urgency ability;
  • Winning-can-do attitude with positive thinking;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English. Vietnamese excellent fluency is plus.
  • Good command of MS office and of artwork designing.

Willing to travel extensively in Vietnam and in abroad.

Chi tiết

  • Evaluate and propose yearly sales budget in collaboration with the HQ’s MD and CR;
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive profitable revenue growth;
  • Strengthen and manage existing distributor network;
  • Act to acquire new customers. Carry out risk assessment when taking on new customer accounts;
  • Conduct competitor analysis. Interpret market trends and adapt sales & marketing activities to local policy changes
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.);
  • Define with distributors solutions for tendering capability improvement;
  • Establish in-house sales and marketing strategies according to the long-term strategy
  • Identify, evaluate and complete new business opportunities. Prepare marketing materials and launch activities for existing portfolio and new product expansion, including working material/tool designs;
  • Coordinate with different teams (HO, CR, regulatory affairs, customer services….) to transmit to and achieve the company’s goals;
  • Comply with all company policies, instructions, and directions for the fulfillment of company objective and to maximize profits from sales activities;

Identify business development opportunities in coordination with other relevant parties;
