- Sales
- Database management
- Create, update, maintain information of customer, product, price.
- Upload, manage sales transactions on system.
- Manage sales target, sales tructure and field force allocation.
- Administer user access to adequate amount of data and information relevant to their roles.
- Analysis, reports and dashboards
- Produce analysis, reports relating to sales performance.
- Propose and build dashboards which can provide users with in time data for tracking and decision making. 2. Sales incentive
- Understand well and communicate clearly complex incentive scheme to stakeholders.
- Develop and adapt database structure to facilitate following up progress and calculating bonus results.
- Deliver accurate and on time incentive calculation.
2. Field force effectiveness and marketing programs.
- Analyze activities of field force relating to key behavior indicators (call, visit, frequecy…).
- Build tools to track progress and performance of marketing programs.
- Market intelligence
- Manage maket data, provide report/dashboards.
- Utilize available data for market insights and be proactive in finding other sources of reference to obtain market information.
- Business focus
- Shape and apply 360 degree view on business performance focusing on sales, tender, field force activities, market.
- Be a trustworthy partner of field force, marketing, training and other departments in business strategy, execution and support.
