Yêu cầu
• Education: University degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Language: Proficient in English (reading and writing).
• Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience as a contract officer, trade discounter, or marketer. Experience in the pharmaceutical business is advantageous.
• Knowledge of laws related to contracts and trade discounts is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle situations and provide appropriate solutions.

Chi tiết
• Communicate and support brands regarding trade discount programs for customers.
• Manage, draft, review, and monitor trade discount contracts to ensure accuracy, transparency, compliance with legal regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with related departments such as Sales, Order Processing, Finance, and Legal in trade discount and sales activities
• Customer Service:
- Act as the main contact point, communicate and resolve brand inquiries regarding trade discount, legal regulations, and company policies related to trade discount contracts.
- Handle situations and provide suitable solutions for brands to apply trade discount programs effectively for customers.
• Drafting and Reviewing Trade Discount Contracts:
- Receive information from brands about trade discount programs and draft contracts with customers.
- Review contract terms to ensure they reflect brand requirements and comply with legal regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with the Sales department to finalize contracts and handle customer requests.
• Monitoring Discount Implementation:
- Work with Sales to process discounts and rewards for customers.
- Ensure trade discount programs are handled accurately, promptly, and completely for each customer.
• Contract Management and Storage:
- Track contract status (signing, validity, renewal, termination).
- Store contracts and related documents systematically and securely.
• Internal Coordination:
- Collaborate with departments including Sales, Finance, and Legal to verify contract conditions align with legal regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with Sales and Order Processing for sales activities and issues arising during trade discount program implementation.
• Reporting and Control:
- Prepare reports on contract and trade discount program status for management or brand request.
- Propose improvements to contract management processes for efficiency, easy retrieval, cost and time savings.
