- Medical Rep must have good behaviors, honestly, hardworking and enthusiasm in work and must strictly follow the sales policies.
- Medical Rep must achieve their Sales Target
- Medical Rep must have responsible to get full information about tender as well as other relationship and timely inform all daily happening to Regional Sales Manager.
- Medical Rep must make the Action plan & Monthly report to RSM about the issues need to be solve in their area
- Medical Rep must frequency update the list of Doctor and report to direct Regional Sales Manager
- MR must understand clearly each order, product stock, stock timing and the time to clear stock as well as the timing for new order
