  • Proven experience in tendering, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Sound knowledge of tendering processes and procedures in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Excellent understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing tendering activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess tender documents and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to meet tender submission deadlines.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to engage with internal teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing tender documents.

Chi tiết

The Tender and Contracting Executive will be responsible for managing the tendering process, contracts, and ensuring the execution of key agreements for Pfizer products within the Key Account team. (This is a 6-month contract role with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs)

  • Manage the tendering process  including understanding project requirements, preparing necessary documents, and meeting submission deadlines.
  • Analyze tender documents and perform a thorough review to identify risks, opportunities, and requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather relevant information and ensure accurate and timely submission of tender proposals.
  • Engage in negotiations with clients to optimize tender terms and conditions.
  • Maintain a database of tender documents, contracts, and related correspondence for reference and future use.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes related to tendering processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies and cost estimates for tender submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards throughout the tendering process.
