Technical Support - Excipient/ film coatings tablet

Responsibilities will include:

1. Provides BU with updated information concerning products and product developments in Pharma Industries, including but not limited to surveys (on products, industries or clients), trends, systems, innovations, beneficial and relevant to the Department’s operations, objectives, targets, and goals, enabling the formulation of pertinent business strategies for the purpose of increasing / improving overall sales and profitability.
2. Assists in promoting the products of Excipient Department – Tablet Coatings.
3. Takes charge in the recording, maintenance and proper storage of Department. 
4. Must have complete knowledge about the Company’s product features, its advantages & disadvantages against the competitors.
5. Performs other duties related to product development as may be assigned by Direct and Indirect Supervisors / Managers.
6. Translate in Vietnamese technical document support for client and translate in Vietnamese document for seminar of excipients Department. 
7. Consult the related problems to coating tablets with customer.
8. Assists in arranging appointment for foreign suppliers.
9. Monitors and oversees samples issued to and product developments of clients including but not limited to assistance in film-coating trials and product development formulation.

Skill, ability, knowledge:

1. Meticulous, energetic, systematic, self-driven, able to work with minimum supervision; ability to report to superiors without prodding.
2. Interrelates with management and foreign visitors with the same ease as with clients
3. Able to interrelate and maintain good working relationship with all departments in corporate environment.
4. Computer literate in Windows environment and other commonly used office software.
5. Used to work with minimum supervision and is capable of multitasking.
6. Capability/potential for acquiring higher responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Graduated in Pharmacy University majoring in Science or related field which supports the job responsibilities.
• Licensed Pharmacist with at least two years experience as a private company’s pharmacist in manufacturing functions.
• Having experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing or research and development.
• Film coating exposure and formulation expertise is a must.
