Person Specification
• Graduated from Pharmacy/Medicine University/College.
• At least 4 years of experience on Key Account Management/People management
• Analytical skills to identify the connections between data, products and the needs of both Health Care Professionals and patients.
• Written and verbal communication skills to help build trusted, sustainable relationships with your internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of the digital space and a willingness to keep learning and upskilling.
• Strategic thinking and planning to help customers see beyond the day-to-day.
• Agility, adaptability to change and seasoned negotiation skills.
• Commercial and business acumen, managing financial budgets, driving sales and achieving performance measures.
• Able to connect with customers virtually and in person.
• Can-do attitude and a work ethic underpinned by determination and commitment
• Strong compliance mindset.
• Not being subject to any of the following circumstances:
• facing a criminal prosecution, serving a court's sentence or ruling; being suspended from practice or doing works related to pharmacy under the court's sentence or ruling; or having limited legal capacity.
• Good command in English is preferred.

Chi tiết

 Work with Business Unit Manager to contribute to the development of business plan for the related territory based on key accounts/portfolio strategy
• Lead, coach, and monitor execution of key account team/ Company strategies 
• Contribute to the development of the key account/Company strategy especially on the new innovative portfolio for Pfizer's product.
• Develop internal and external professional relationships.
• The RKAM should be proficient in Strategic & executing an effective relationship strategy and building/ maintaining effective, long-term business relationships at the senior executive level with key decision makers and influencers within each in super accounts.
• The RKAM is responsible for leading the Integrated Account team approach, as well as the profitable and sustainable growth, and the commercial performance of the super accounts.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Key account management:
• Within the Company's permitted activities.
• Optimize the productivity of individuals and the team to deliver results.
• Ensure all activities are in line with company strategy and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Plan and organize activities and projects, in a manner which will help achieve or exceed established performance goals.
• Supervise the Key Account Team to ensure adherence to working plan.
• Ensure the customer database validation.
• Manage and lead the Key accounts performance relating to product information activities and maintain the educational and product information activities in compliance with Company's policies and Vietnamese's regulations.
• Timely update and feedback to Business Unit Manager any problems relating to assigned work.
• Update market information to the management.
People management
• Co-operate with other departments to recruit, motivate, train the team.
• Coach team about territory management, communication skill, product knowledge/ develop, manage subordinates and assess their performance.
Compliance
• Train and supervise the implementation of company's Code of conduct Person Specification
• Ensure the activities and communications align with Company's Code of conduct.
• Other assignments as allocated by the manager/BU from time to time and in line with the Company Vietnam's scope of business.
