• Graduated from Medical University or Pharmacist University
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant managerial position within pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in training is advantage.
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Organizing and planning, strategic thinking, problem analysis and problem-solving
• Good computer skills- especially on MS Office software

• Developing, implementing and monitoring the realisation of the Area Communication Plan related to the assigned therapeutical group within the allocated territory of Vietnam in accordance with the given plan and budget
• Directing, co-ordinating and responsible for the activities of subordinates as collection and reporting of medical information from and to the healthcare community and executing market research in all sectors of the healthcare system, as hospitals, healthcare institutions and pharmacy stores, including conducting qualitative and/or quantitative surveys in the field, and presenting them to Direct Supervisors
• Identify the opportunities and implement the necessary activities
• Building and updating territorial databases and records continuously
• Following, evaluating, guiding, inspiring, motivating and supporting subordinates
• Planning and running the team meetings in regard of positive contribution
• Following and evaluating the periodic results and contribution of each subordinate
• Building a strong team via close coordination to realise the assigned plan.
• Perform all reports related to the position holder
