Product Specialist (Medical Representative)- Hà Nội

• Pharmacy/ Medical Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum one year experience in sales detailing in a multinational company of pharmaceutical products
• Good in selling, presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Dynamic, self-motivated and responsible
• Able to work under high pressure and travel frequently

• Continuously update territory customer segmentation, database and call records
• Develop a territory plan of action (POA) based on allocated resources (e.g. call activities, budget) and brand strategies, for optimal business impact
• Carry out seminars and workshops and assist in arranging or holding symposiums and congresses for doctors. Deliver key promotional messages within approved detail aids and in line with POA
• Effectively implement field strategy and tactics, POA in accordance with company policies
• Regularly monitor POA to initiate appropriate actions to ensure performance is in line with objectives
• List products in targeted key accounts with optimal quota
• Build trust and credibility with customers by demonstrating professionalism and acting within the Pharma Code of Conduct
• Explore and expand new customers
• Ensure punctual delivery of required reports
• Identify areas for self-development and discuss developmental needs with the manager
• Attend & actively participate in sales meetings, product and skills training
• To update knowledge of our products and get competitor’s intelligence as well as sales techniques and perform Competitive intelligence
