- At least 1 year experience with same level

- Having good knowledge of Hospital tenders, Drug market in Vietnam and competitors

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager at Mega We Care Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of ETC products. Daily tasks include product strategy development, market research, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Initiate & conduct market development plan for the assigned products as per the product development strategies defined by Head of Dept. to achieve the annual budget.
- Plan & implement promotional materials.
- Plan & conduct / support to organize group presentations, KOLs meetings, conference.
- Prepare annual budget & monitor A&P expenses against the approved annual budget effectively.
- Go on field for KOL visit frequently to maintain & strengthen good customer relationship.
- Implement training programs as per Dept’s training plan Product knowledge, Basis relevant skills & techniques in approaching targeted customers
- Conduct the market research & analysis to implement suitable & productive market development plan for assign product
- Other specialized assignments (if any)
