Initiate & conduct a market development plan for the assigned products as per the product
development
Develop, implement & control marketing programs per the annual approved budget Target customers & provide support to Sale Force for approaching customers.
Handle customer's complaints about the assigned products
Implement training programs as per Dept’s training plan
Conduct the market research & sale analysis to implement suitable & productive market development plan adjustment
Implement reports as per Dept’s request
