Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree, major Marketing.
- Plus young people between the ages of 25-30, who have worked in the OTC channel Marketing department
- Exposure to sales & marketing of human healthcare products is essential.
- Good knowledge and understanding of products, market situation and its changes.
- Understand and have knowledge of pharmaceutical.
- Understand and have knowledge of B2B e-commerce and digital tools.
- Good organizing and planning skills
- Good teamwork spirit
- Strong English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Good Microsoft Office
- Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-changing environment and adapt to the needs of the market.

Chi tiết
· Monitor competitive presence for Hyphens products in key OTC channels, prices and promotional schemes
· Implement promotional activities in POS. Be the link with Market Development
· Implement merchandising tool and services according to defined campaigns. Coordinate the implementation with the Market Development Team
· Manage actions in respect of allocated A&P budgets
· Keep updated the VietPOM platform: right products, presentations, prices, promotions.
· Propose promotional schemes for the VietPOM products.
· Assess and measure the effectiveness of promotional campaigns in OTC
· Analysis digital sales results based on monthly sales statistics
· Assisting the OTC Development Manager in clients activation and actions : organize training, pharmacy symposiums, manage Pharmacy speakers
· Assisting in translating effective strategic marketing plans for charged products based on company marketing objectives into trade and commercial policy and actions.
· Collaborate with Product Managers in order to effective sales and marketing initiatives.
· Ensuring all trade marketing materials comply with brand manual & Vietnam’s law
· Stock plan to get accuracy forecast and feedback for market activities.
· Perform other jobs as required by the manager
