- BS/BA Pharmacist or Doctor background.
- 3-5 years of experience in similar positions at MNC

Main mission:
Builds and executes business plans for the assigned territory
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Execute call plans to deliver the right message to the right customer with the right frequency.
- Build a network of customers by visiting existing and new customers, categorize based on therapeutics area based on their needs and promotes the products.
- Serve as a product expert/ key contact to the customer, to respond to their enquiries, ensure that Servier products are available to more patients.
- Ensure to give on time feedback to the marketing team on all marketing campaigns implemented.
- Give customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to the marketing team so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Ensure high quality of required reports and maintain quality data in key customer database.
- Effectively communicate with co-promotion colleague and relevant members of other teams in order to understand, maximize and drive territory.
Hierarchy and functional report:
The Medical Representative reports to Team Leader or Area Manager and acts as individual contributor
